What is Control Panel?

If you are managing your own website with either our Basic Hosting or Enterprise Hosting packages, then you will find this invaluable. Control Panel allows you to manage your email accounts, allocate and manage additional FTP accounts, install applications, manage your hosting and website account.

How does it work?
All you have to do is use the URL supplied to you when you opened your hosting account with us. You then use the URL to login securely on your website. Once you are in you are presented with the Control Panel (see photo).

Control Panel allows you to:

• Back up and Restore you website
• Set up new email accounts
• Delete old email accounts
• Manage Junk mail and filters
• Change passwords for email accounts
• Redirect email accounts
• Set up FTP accounts
• Delete FTP accounts
• Change Passwords for FTP accounts
• Control directory access for FTP users
• Upload Files
• Create Google Sitemap
• Submit your site to directories
• Install widgets such as website counters
• Download Log files
• Install Statistics Applications (subject to your hosting package)
• Install applications such as E-commerce, Credit Card acceptance, and many other useful tools (subject to your hosting package)
