If you subscribe to one of our “WizWeb”® Services, the following conditions apply:- Contract Period is for minimum of 3 years, and at the end of the minimum period, it is automatically renewed annually at the anniversary of the contract, unless the client gives notice of cancellation 30 days before the end of the initial period and subsequent extensions.
- In case of Termination of contract before the end of minimum term, the client is required to pay the balance equal to full value of the contract.
- The price of services will remain fixed during the minimum contract period, except where there is a change in the rate of Value Added Tax. Prices are subject to review after the minimum contract period, and subsequent annual renewals.
- Domain Name must be transferred to Cognisant, who will retain the control of the “Control Panel”, “Name Servers” and “DNS” for the duration of the contract.
- Domain Name control will be returned to the client upon request, after the end of the minimum contract period, and payment of all fees and charges including any early termination fees, outstanding payments, or any other breach of terms of use set out in this document.
- The right to use the Domain Name will remain with Cognisant, and can be reassigned to third parties in case of default in payment of services, or failure to pay amounts due in full within 30 days of the termination of the contract.
- Code, content, and copies of the website will only be passed on to the client once all payments have been paid in full including any early termination fees, outstanding payments, or any other breach of terms of use set out in this document.
